Terms and Conditions

Welcome at Luzon customer service. Here you will find information about payment method, shipping method, product return and the contact information of the customer service. Please also see General Terms and Conditions (algemen voorwarden) for more informations.


To make it easy, simple and safe making your payment, Luzon offer you two payment methods. You can choose between Via iDeal or Bank Transfer.


iDEAL is one of the most popular and safe method in paying online thru internet banking with ING Bank, ABN AMRO, Fortis, Rabobank of SNS Bank. iDEAL is the system that you can directly link in your internet banking program to your own bank. If you want to choose this method, click the iDEAL botton and select your bank. Then you will be redirect with the internet banking program of your own bank, wherein after logging in the payment made is done. This manner you authorized your payment in your own way. The amount will then be deducted on your bank account.

Note: this payment method is only applicable in the Netherlands.

Bank Transfer

Would you prefer not to pay online, you can also book  the amount you have to pay in our Bank account. Thru bank transfer can take couple of days before we will recieved your payment. As soon as we recieved your payment, your order will be sent immidiately. Eventually the costs for bank transfer of foreign account are for the buyer.

All orders will be delivered by DHLforyou, PostNL, PostNL package en Luzon delivery van. If your order won’t fit in the mailbox, it will be automatically sent as a package. In that situation, you will be receiving a tracking number via email to follow your order/s via DHLforyou and/or PostNL . There is a possibility that you are not home the time the package will be delivered, in that situation, the PostNL is going to try to deliver it the next day. If in case you were not home for the second time, you will be recieving a notice from PostNL as to where you can pick-up your package(that will be the post office near you). This way, you don't have to stay home to wait for your package and you can just get it as early as you want. It can happen that DHLfor you and PostNL can not deliver your package on time. We are sorry but Luzon don't have any influence to that.

PostNL don’t deliver in a postbus address if the package is more than 12kilos . So we advise you not to use postbus address instead just a regular address.

Please inform us via email or call us if after 4 days you still don't recieved your order/s not unless your order is out of stock, we will inform you about this.

Delivery Period

We will try our best to deliver your product in 2-4 working days (note that monday is not working day for us) after payment. In this page you will see more information about delivery and shipping cost.

In every product, it’s indicated if it’s in-stock or out of stock. Products that is in-stock will be sent thru dhl or PostNL the same day if you order during weekdays before 12:00 noon ( please see for delivery schedule) . For the products that are not in stock, you will be informed the same day if it’s still possible to be delivered or not and you will be informed when it can be delivered. If the product can not be delivered anymore by our supplier, your payment will be immediately return on your account.

Shipment Costs

All books are FREE of delivery charge.

For the orders outside NL, other shipping amount will be applied (please email or call us for information).

For orders out EU, the customer is responsible for the import tarif/tax. Luzon don't have any influence in this tarif, that why we are not responsible.


We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases from  However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, you can return the product you purchase in  the following conditions: product is not/never opened, still in the original package and not damage. Notify us 2 days upon receipt of the product for return purpose. And the consumer is responsible for any shipping amount.

We will provide you with details of returning goods and a returns number which must be included with your goods when they are returned. 

You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are supplied prior to sending them back.  Please note that we can only accept the return of opened or unsealed items if the goods are faulty.
